A driver and a van. Minimal overheads, low initial investment, no need for commercial premises to store stock.

Efficient

Being liable and trustable we will love to share our delivery timings with you according to the order placed. Orders will be taken from customers by telephone, email, text, and eventually online. Orders placed before midday will be delivered at an agreed time the following day. Orders placed after midday will be classified as Premium Orders and will incur a surcharge. We only intend to have one supplier and our pricing policy will be transparent.

Our entire catalogue is characterized by affordable and tangible prices. You will not be asked to pay extra once the real price of any item has been displayed to you. Our online grocery system enables the esteemed clients to spend more on their business, in their home with family. This also entitles you to have savings on wages and vehicle running costs.

We deliver every ordered item within the agreed time on the nominated address. The only exception to this is that at the moment cigarettes, hand-rolling tobacco, and newspapers or magazines are being sold. This is due to the high unit cost of cigarettes, hand-rolling tobacco, and the low mark upon newspapers and magazines.

To serve the clients out of the box our Director has undertaken personal market research in the form of one-to-one interactions with local convenience stores, pubs, and cafes and talk to the owners. From these discussions the main issues being faced by our customers are:

• They have to leave the shop to visit the cash and carry means paying someone to cover
• Every time they leave the shop they are concerned that Trading Standards may undertake an Inspection and disclose that they are not on the chair
• They have to compromise by purchasing in bulk to afford a decent price
• It has also been noticed that household goods, confectionery, soft drinks, and alcohol are not available for delivery from one place at a reasonable price
• The set delivery dates and times imposed by the large wholesalers
• The lack of flexibility offered by the large wholesalers
• The minimum spend amounts are required by the large suppliers
